Thomas Paine Friends surely will participate in the 200th Anniversary Year.

About a year ago, Curt Kastens, of Germany, sent the idea of a "World Thomas Paine Year in 2009" to several

organizations, including TPF, and we readily replied that we expect to be part of the observances, although then
